About the Role
As a Senior Scientist R&D at Byrne Branding, you will lead scientific research initiatives and translate technical discovery into practical, real-world results. Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and carry out research and development projects from concept through completion
- Apply scientific methods and analysis to solve complex technical challenges
- Develop, test, and refine new formulations, materials, or processes
- Document findings, interpret results, and communicate insights to internal teams
- Partner with colleagues across departments to bring research outcomes into application
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other members of the R&D team
Qualifications
- Advanced scientific background with proven senior-level experience in research and development
- Strong command of experimental design, data analysis, and the scientific method
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet technical objectives
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for sharing complex findings
