Coordinate with internal CMC partners and external manufacturing organizations to enable scalable drug product supply. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance to support development milestones. Document formulation work and contribute scientific input to development plans and technical decisions. Qualifications Background in pharmaceutical sciences, formulation development, or a closely related scientific discipline. Hands-on experience with lipid nanoparticle or comparable drug product formulation is highly valued. Understanding of CMC development for clinical-stage assets and the requirements of early- to mid-phase clinical programs. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across discovery, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality functions.
