As the Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, you will own the end-to-end architecture, performance, security, and scalability of our Salesforce platform. You will serve as the strategic and hands-on technical leader for Salesforce, combining deep platform expertise with strong architectural judgment to guide complex implementations and platform evolution.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce
- Proven experience architecting large-scale, integrated Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and platform automation, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, Mulesoft etc.), Salesforce data architecture, security model, and governance
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations (design → build → deploy → optimize)
- Experience with Event-Driven architecture and B2C commerce
- Experience with connecting marketing, sales, service, and e-commerce experiences
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management best practices
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong architectural thinking with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term scalability
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration, data strategy, and system design
- Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem advancements
