Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations &DataInsight | Senior Associate

At Kainos,we’relooking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to turn sales data into clear, actionable insight that helps oursalesteamsand leadershipmake better decisions. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership,financeand operational stakeholders to deliver reporting, analysis and process improvement that strengthens performance, dataqualityand business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality sales reporting,commentaryand analysis for weekly,monthlyand quarterly business reviews.

  • Turn complex sales and pipeline data into clear insights,trendsand recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Support the improvement of CRM data quality,governanceand KPI definitions.

  • Identifyopportunities to streamline reporting, automate manualtasksand improve sales operations processes.

  • Partner with colleagues acrossSales,Finance andOperations to support forecasting, performancetrackingand decision-making.

  • Maintain and improve guidance,toolsand documentation so users can work more effectively and consistently.

  • ManageSalesOrderbacklog

Essential Requirements

  • Experience using data toidentifybusiness opportunities and recommend improvements.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends, risks and missed opportunities in data.

  • Experience of working with CRM systems as a trusted source of customer and sales information.

  • Ability to review and improve data models, KPI calculations and reporting outputs.

  • Experiencein developing,usingor interpreting Power BI dashboards.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with sales and performance data.

  • Experience producing reporting, data quality outputs,dashboardsor visualisations.

  • A passion for data-led decision-making,efficiencyand best practice.

Desirable

  • Experience in sales operations, commercialreportingor business insight roles.

  • KnowledgeofstandardAItools;CopilotCowork, Copilot forSales
