About This Position As a Senior Sales Engineer at Zscaler, you'll operate as the technical backbone of our sales organization in Switzerland. Reporting to our Senior Solutions Consulting Manager, you'll work directly with enterprise organizations to understand their security requirements, architect solutions aligned with their business objectives, and validate our platform's capability to address their most demanding use cases. Your technical expertise and consultative approach will be critical to helping customers navigate their journey toward zero-trust security architecture and AI-driven threat prevention. Core Duties Demonstrate our Zero Trust Exchange platform and cloud security capabilities to prospective customers and partners Develop and articulate strategic recommendations aligned with customers' business and technology goals Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer evaluation and decision-making process Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and translate technical needs into proof-of-concept demonstrations Collaborate with our sales team to deliver high-impact presentations and validate solution viability Who We're Looking For 8+ years of enterprise sales engineering or systems integration experience Strong foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in cybersecurity contexts Deep expertise in enterprise network architectures and cloud security technologies Proven track record with value-based selling frameworks and methodologies Demonstrated excellence in creating compelling technical presentations and proof-of-concept engagements Preferred: Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or cloud platform credentials; specialized knowledge of SASE, proxy systems, IPS, DLP, CASB, or CNAPP; professional fluency in German More About Zscaler Zscaler is an AI-forward enterprise security company committed to accelerating digital transformation.
