Requirements
- Physically located in Latin America, Medellin preferably
- Minimum of C1 or better English
- Strong internet connection
- 3-7+ years of experience in recruiting with ideally a startup or recruiting agency background
- Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries
- Strong LinkedIn experience with the ability to perform Boolean searches to source ideal fit candidates and leverage other tools on LinkedIn
- Ability to comprehend job description requirements and target accordingly with speed
- Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team

- Competitive base salary up to $1,500/month
- Up to $1,000/month in performance commissions
