Astronomer is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a specialized focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles to lead the full recruitment cycle, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidates’ fit
- Familiarity with GTM tooling and tech stacks
- Strong negotiation skills specific to GTM compensation structures
- Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
