Requirements
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD tools
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on QA engineering experience
- Mobile testing experience with iOS and Android, including React Native applications
- Python proficiency for test automation
- Automation experience building and maintaining automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Deep knowledge of databases and SQL for backend data validation
- Proven Agile/Scrum experience with strong collaboration skills
- Outstanding communication skills in English
