Core Duties Develop and refine enterprise physical security strategy across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with global standards Create, implement, and continuously improve security policies, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks Safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and ITAR-controlled materials; draft and implement Technology Control Plans with Government Security and Legal teams Plan, execute, and analyze physical security vulnerability assessments; translate findings into remediation plans and capital proposals Oversee contract guard force operations including vendor agreements, performance management, training standards, and service-level compliance Develop, manage, and forecast operating and capital budgets; build business cases and ROI analyses for security investments Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics; develop reporting frameworks for senior leadership Ensure compliance with DoD, DCSA, NISPOM, ITAR, CUI, and OSHA requirements across all facilities Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Legal, HR, Finance, and Government Security to deliver integrated solutions Advise senior leadership on security investments, governance standards, and strategic initiatives What You Bring 12+ years of progressive experience in physical security operations or related critical infrastructure roles Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional and educational background Proven expertise developing and executing enterprise security strategy across multiple sites or regions Demonstrated ability creating, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale security policies and standard operating procedures Strong familiarity with CUI and ITAR compliance, including Technology Control Plan development Hands-on experience conducting and translating physical security vulnerability assessments into mitigation strategies Significant experience managing contract security operations, vendor agreements, and service-level oversight Track record managing security program budgets including OpEx and CapEx planning, forecasting, and financial reporting Strong analytical skills with proven ability to define and track KPIs and operational metrics Excellent communication and influence skills with senior…
