Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs, ideally within transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with the discipline to build repeatable processes.
• A bias for solving problems creatively and a willingness to break from convention to get the right outcome.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working on-site in Fort Myer, Arlington County in a full-time capacity.
