This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to drive positioning, messaging, and demand generation across Embrace and its portfolio of B2B SaaS companies.
This role will focus on translating product capabilities into compelling narratives, building strong market presence, and drivingconsistent lead generation through high-impact channels, including LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate combinesproduct marketing thinking with strong execution in demand generation and social channels.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Positioning

Develop and refinevalue propositions, messaging, and positioningfor Embrace and portfolio companies

Translate product features intoclear customer benefits, use cases, and differentiated narratives
-
Create and maintaincore messaging frameworks, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials

Buildthought leadership content, case studies, and customer success stories
Demand Generation & Lead Growth
-
Plan and executelead generation programsacross channels to drive a qualified pipeline
-
Own and improve key funnel metrics:lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance
-
Partner with sales teams to align ontarget segments, messaging, and MQL definitions
-
Support campaign execution across inbound and outbound initiatives
Social Media & Digital Channels

Own and scaleSocial Media Strategyfor Embrace and portfolio brands (organic + paid)

Build and managecontent calendarstailored to target audiences and industries
-
Drive engagement throughthought leadership, founder/leadership branding, and campaign-driven content
-
Experiment with and optimize other relevant channels (email, communities, forums, etc.)
Campaigns & Content Execution
-
Design and executeintegrated marketing campaignsacross multiple channels
-
Collaborate with content and design teams to producehigh-quality marketing assets
-
Develop landing pages, email workflows, and campaign journeys to improve conversions
Performance Tracking & Optimization
-
Track campaign performance across channels using tools likeGoogle Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce
-
Monitor KPIs such asleads, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
-
Use data to continuously optimize messaging, campaigns, and channel effectiveness
Collaboration & Enablement
-
Work closely withsales, product, and leadership teamsacross portfolio companies
-
Enable internal teams withmessaging, campaign templates, and best practices
-
Ensure consistency inbrand and communication across all marketing efforts
Requirements
-
5–10 years of experience inB2B SaaS marketing, with strong exposure toproduct marketing and demand generation

Proven ability to drivelead generation and campaign performance

Strong expertise in:

LinkedIn marketing (organic and paid)

Multi-channel campaign execution

Hands-on experience with tools such asHubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Strong understanding ofB2B buyer journeys and conversion funnels

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple brands or business units simultaneously
