Prioritise the backlog using business value, effort estimates and user feedback so that releases deliver measurable outcomes. Run discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops and acceptance reviews to keep delivery aligned with organisational goals. Track adoption, conversion and satisfaction metrics across Salesforce and digital touchpoints and turn insights into product improvements. Champion product practices, facilitate agile rituals and communicate progress transparently to leadership and partners. What You Bring Solid track record as a product manager with direct ownership of Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms and digital products. Practical knowledge of Salesforce capabilities (for example Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud) and alternative digital channels. Ability to lead without authority, influence diverse stakeholders and resolve competing priorities constructively. Strong analytical habits that turn usage data, customer input and market signals into prioritised features. Clear written and verbal communication skills suited to technical and non-technical audiences across Canada-based teams. Familiarity with modern product discovery and agile delivery methods used for complex platform work.
