What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Manager at Pattern Data, you’ll define and lead our integrations and platform strategy, shaping how our ecosystem scales alongside our customers. You’ll build and own the roadmap for APIs, connectors, and partner capabilities, creating repeatable integration patterns that drive efficiency and consistency rather than one-off solutions. Working at the intersection of customer needs and long-term platform leverage, you’ll determine how Pattern ingests, normalizes, and activates third-party data to unlock greater value. You’ll be accountable for measurable outcomes including integration adoption, time to implement, reliability, and overall support effort ensuring our platform is both powerful and scalable as we grow. You will:
- Translate customer and partner needs into clear product requirements and plans
- Partner closely with engineering to design reliable, scalable integrations and data flows
- Prioritize across competing integration opportunities and requests
- Work with Client success and Solutions to ensure implementations are straightforward and low-friction
- Lead integration initiatives from early discovery, through launch, and continued maintenance
What You’ll Bring
- 7 to 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product area or end-to-end platform
- Experience leading projects with highly technical integration functionality inbound data connectors, outbound APIs/webhooks, or ETL pipelines
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate deeply with engineers
- A track record of building scalable solutions rather than custom one-offs
- Comfort operating independently and setting strategy for a full product domain
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with healthcare or other regulated third-party data systems (e.g., EHRs, FHIR/HL7)
- Experience working with external partners or third-party ecosystems
- Experience supporting customer onboarding or implementation workflows

Pay Transparency Disclosure
The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 – $180,000 per year, plus benefits.
At Pattern Data, our compensation philosophy is built around fairness, transparency, and market alignment. Base salary represents just one part of our total compensation package, which also includes performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other rewards.
Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location and internal equity across the team.
We understand that exceptional candidates bring unique backgrounds and strengths. If the scope of the role changes during the hiring process, we’ll update and communicate any adjusted range accordingly.
