Role overview (listing rewrite)

Transcarent is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Data Integration Platform (Contract) to lead the vision and roadmap for the systems that move, validate, and reshape enterprise healthcare data company-wide. This remote, US-based contract role places you at the crossroads of data engineering, AI, and healthcare. About the Role As Senior Product Manager for Transcarent's data integration platform, you'll make intricate data infrastructure dependable, scalable, and self-service for the teams and clients who rely on it. Partnering with Data Engineering, Analytics, Client Success, and Implementation, you'll define where data integration at Transcarent heads next — from hardening ingestion pipelines and quality frameworks to broadening operational visibility. This platform is the backbone every downstream report, dashboard, and AI insight depends on, and it's maturing from reactive pipelines toward an intelligent, self-healing system. Key Responsibilities Shape and steer the product roadmap governing how eligibility, claims, pharmacy, and other healthcare datasets move, transform, and settle across systems. Own the full ingestion journey — file intake, schema validation, quality checks, metadata tracking, and lineage — so downstream consumers receive clean, trusted, timely data. Improve reliability and scale alongside Data Engineering by cutting pipeline failures, reducing ingestion lag, and lifting data freshness. Advance a self-service model that gives analytics, implementation, and client-facing teams direct insight into pipeline health and processing status. Set and uphold data quality standards, including validation rules, anomaly detection, and early error surfacing before issues reach reports or AI models. Enable onboarding of new clients, datasets, and systems without engineering effort growing linearly. Collaborate with Compliance and Governance teams so every ingestion workflow satisfies HIPAA and enterprise data handling requirements. Qualifications 6+ years in product management, including 3+ years owning data platform, integration, or infrastructure products. Strong grasp of enterprise data concepts — ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT, schema management, quality, and lineage — translated into clear product calls. Hands-on experience with healthcare data such as eligibility, claims, and pharmacy. Fluency across strategy and engineering: you can interpret a pipeline architecture diagram and author a sharp product brief. Cross-functional skill to align Data Engineering, Client Success, Analytics, and Compliance on one roadmap. Ease with ambiguity…
