Responsibilities
  1. Own the end-to-end App user experience, driving improvements in product distribution efficiency and user journey fluency
  2. Establish App-wide product experience standards and design guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints
  3. Lead user-facing design for innovative products (e.g., AI-powered trading), exploring new approaches to improve trading retention
  4. Define user segmentation and conversion strategies for trading products to increase transaction frequency and depth
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of user-facing product experience; trading platform or fintech background preferred
  2. Proven ability to take innovative products from 0 to 1 with hands-on execution
  3. Platform-level product thinking — able to build frameworks and standards that scale team output
  4. Experience with user segmentation and conversion funnel optimization; data-informed decision making
  5. Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to drive results independently in complex orgs
