Requirements
- Clear communication in English as it is our working language
- 5 or more years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or digital platforms
- Experience working in startup or scale up environments with fast iteration cycles
- A strong track record of delivering outcomes in cross functional teams
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in collaborative, non waterfall environments
- Hands on experience using AI tools to improve speed and quality of product work
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to turn insights into action
- Comfort working in ambiguity and simplifying complex problems into clear direction
- A structured and systems oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Empathy for users, curiosity for data, and focus on business impact
