Genpact is seeking a Senior Product/Experience Design Disrupter to lead a strong team of interaction, product, content and visual designers in delivering cutting-edge experiences across web, mobile, and other emerging platforms.
Requirements
- End-to-End Product Design: Lead design efforts from discovery through delivery across web and/or mobile products
- AI Platform Expertise: Define and evolve GEO strategies to optimize digital content generation, personalization, and performance across platforms
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and technology to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions
- Innovation Advocacy: Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the organization and with clients
- Digital Design Solutioning: Create and recommend design solution approaches that leverage emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and predictive analytics
