GoodParty.org is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the user experience across their AI-powered civic tech platform. The candidate will deliver high-quality product design work, work with a fast-moving team, and turn complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience shipping complex SaaS or consumer products
- Strong craft and systems thinking
- Ability to architect design systems that scale
- Influence product direction through design-driven insights and quantitative data
- Ability to work with minimal process scaffolding and own work end-to-end
- Ability to integrate AI tools into design workflow to accelerate output
