Fieldguide is a remote-first company that builds software for audit and advisory professionals. We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Audit product team. The role involves owning complex problem spaces, partnering with Product and Engineering, and shaping the design direction of a core Fieldguide product.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and deliver high-quality implementations
- Drive design execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear user journeys and polished UI
