About the Role
As a Senior Principal Energy Program Manager at Oracle, you will report to the Vice President of Infrastructure Capacity and Planning and serve as a key procurement leader. You will own the day-to-day work of defining and advancing Oracle's energy sourcing approach while contributing to wider initiatives in energy innovation, hedging, and renewable power. This is a hands-on leadership position based in Wyoming, Kent County, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, markets, and large-scale infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape, drive, and continuously refine Oracle's overall energy procurement strategy.
- Manage day-to-day energy sourcing activities across the organization.
- Support team-wide efforts in energy innovation and emerging power solutions.
- Contribute to the development of hedging strategies that manage cost and risk.
- Advance renewable energy sourcing in line with Oracle's infrastructure goals.
- Partner closely with infrastructure capacity and planning leadership to align supply with demand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading energy procurement, sourcing, or program management at scale.
- Strong understanding of energy markets, hedging approaches, and renewable power.
- Ability to operate as a US-based leader influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Track record of turning complex strategy into executable, day-to-day programs.
- Comfort working on-site in Wyoming, Kent County in a full-time capacity.
