Senior PHP Developer job to consolidate two legacy client portals into a single modern platform with feature parity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on PHP expertise
- Deep expertise in PHP 8.x and Laravel
- Solid experience with RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture
- Strong MySQL skills — schema design, query optimization, performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Experience with Nuxt.js / Vue.js
- Strong understanding of testing practices — unit, feature, and integration testing
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
- Ability to work in a distributed, multi-timezone team
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban
