Key Responsibilities Design, launch, and sustain relationship-based fundraising initiatives focused on major and planned gifts. Manage and grow a varied portfolio of individual prospects and committed donors. Inspire philanthropic support that advances the Honolulu Museum of Art's mission and programs. Partner with the Chief Advancement Officer and colleagues to align giving strategies with institutional goals. Act as a dependable advocate and collaborator within the broader advancement function. Qualifications Proven experience cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major and planned gifts. Strong relationship-building skills with diverse individuals and donor communities. A collaborative, partnership-oriented approach to advancement work. Commitment to the arts and to the mission of a cultural institution. Ability to work full time on-site in Wake Island, Honolulu.
