We are looking for a Senior Onboarding Consultant to help us achieve our mission to be the gold standard platform for renting. As a Senior Onboarding Consultant, you’ll project manage system customisation, be the main point of contact for customers, and drive value for customers by helping them adopt our platform and products.

Requirements

  • Built experience in Onboarding, Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment
  • Proactive operator who can juggle priorities with ease
  • Comfortable stepping up to support on team leadership when needed
  • Analytical, resilient and flexible approach
  • Experience in PropTech or Lettings is ideal
