About the Role

As Senior Manager, Value and Access Solutions, you will sit within Cardinal Health's Product & Solutions Marketing function, where the team shapes product and market strategy from end to end. That scope spans identifying customer needs, conducting market research, designing solutions, and defining positioning, pricing, promotion, branding, and distribution. Your focus inside Advanced Therapy Solutions is to advance value and access offerings that strengthen customer loyalty and support profitable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and guide product and market strategy for value and access solutions across the ATS portfolio.
• Pinpoint unmet customer needs and turn research insights into actionable solution designs.
• Shape positioning, pricing, promotion, and branding to clearly communicate solution value.
• Collaborate across marketing, distribution, and commercial teams to bring offerings to market.
• Drive initiatives that deepen customer loyalty and improve overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or market strategy, ideally within healthcare or advanced therapies.
• Strong command of market research, customer needs analysis, and solution design.
• Working knowledge of pricing, positioning, promotion, branding, and distribution strategy.
• Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Baton Rouge area; this position is not remote.
