About the Role As Senior Manager, Training and Quality, you will oversee two interconnected functions: learning program design and quality management systems that maintain accuracy and trust at scale. You will guide the strategic evolution of both teams as they adapt to a landscape where artificial intelligence plays an increasingly central role in content development and validation. This role centers on organizational transformation—modernizing workflows, elevating standards for instructional excellence and quality rigor, and preparing these functions for advanced capabilities needed to deliver measurable impact. What You'll Do Transform training delivery from traditional instructor-led models to scalable, technology-enabled learning; document expertise in shareable formats to reduce critical knowledge gaps. Redesign the Quality Assurance framework, including audit approaches, sampling methodologies, and feedback systems, integrating intelligent tools to support consistent quality decisions. Establish measurement systems connecting learning effectiveness and quality management to business outcomes, tracking proficiency development, performance, and editorial accuracy. Collaborate with content leaders and analytics partners to ensure data-driven decision-making and transparent communication to executive stakeholders. Define performance targets and operational plans balancing short-term execution with long-term capability building. Maintain awareness of emerging trends in learning delivery and quality assurance, incorporating innovations into strategic planning. Who We're Looking For Minimum five years leading Learning & Development, training operations, or quality assurance functions with direct team leadership. Demonstrated success driving enterprise-scale transformation in large, multi-location organizations. Proven ability to design measurement frameworks and translate data into business intelligence; hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Track record embedding artificial intelligence into team processes at scale, with sound judgment about where automation adds value. Strong executive communication skills; comfort articulating strategy and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
