Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in high-growth operations (Fintech, EdTech, or RegTech)
- At least 3 years managing managers in a complex, scaling environment
- AI acumen and ability to redesign workflows around AI and automation to drive measurable efficiency gains
- Proven experience leading a team through a major vendor migration or a significant regulatory pivot without a dip in service quality
- Grit and ambiguity in solving complex problems
- Data-obsessed and able to find insights in data to tell Product teams where the friction lies
- Regulatory native with deep experience in the UK apprenticeship levy, EPAO landscapes, and regulated vocational training frameworks
