About the Role As the Senior Manager of Healthcare Sales Operations at Transcarent, you'll be the operational backbone of a lean, fast-paced go-to-market team. Working autonomously and proactively, you'll own our Salesforce environment and partner across Sales, Consultant Relations, Marketing, Product, and Solution leadership to keep client and prospect insights flowing. In an AI-first organization, you'll blend internal AI tools with our CRM to surface answers faster and lighten the administrative load on the Sales team. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day administration of our Salesforce instance — users, permissions, fields, workflows, and dashboards Produce weekly reporting on pipeline creation, won and lost deals, and sales forecasts, plus ad hoc requests from cross-functional teams Design and sustain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that stay current and reliable Act as the lead for the Sales Operations team, collaborating with Salesforce engineers to ship new features and capabilities Safeguard CRM data accuracy and completeness through routine audits and cleanup Translate data into analytical insight that prompts the business to act Qualifications 5–7 years in Sales Operations supporting an external, customer-facing go-to-market team Track record backing B2B organizations, with digital health experience a strong plus Advanced Salesforce fluency — building reports, synthesizing data, and delivering frequent updates across the organization Hands-on experience with AI tools, using internal products alongside Salesforce and other systems to accelerate insights Confidence collaborating across many business units and tailoring to their distinct data needs Proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau to deliver dashboards and live data views About Transcarent Transcarent is the One Place for Health and Care, uniting benefits navigation, clinical guidance, and care delivery through its generative AI-powered WayFinding experience.
