About the Role
As a Senior Maintenance Technician with Cushman & Wakefield, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair systems across a portfolio of commercial properties in the Reston area. This is an on-site, full-time role that spans three distinct projects located in Reston, Manassas, and Tysons, with certain fixed days at each site balanced by a degree of scheduling flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, troubleshoot, and run diagnostics on commercial building and industrial systems
- Carry out repairs and routine upkeep on facility equipment, vehicles, and grounds
- Manage housekeeping and general maintenance tasks across assigned properties and facilities
- Help oversee three separate projects based in Reston, Manassas, and Tysons
- Respond to maintenance demands while coordinating coverage across designated and flexible days
Qualifications
- Practical experience maintaining and repairing commercial buildings and industrial systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical and facility equipment
- Ability to service vehicles, grounds, and assorted maintenance machinery
- Willingness to travel between multiple sites within Fairfax County and adapt to a varied schedule
- A dependable, safety-conscious approach to facilities upkeep
