This full-time role is open across San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; and Minneapolis, MN, and is available as a US remote position. About the Role As a senior individual contributor on Calm's Product & Retention Marketing team, you'll own and run the lifecycle marketing program across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Working with high autonomy and a dotted-line partnership to the Lifecycle Marketing Technical Lead, you'll turn strategy into production-ready campaigns and shape how millions of users onboard, build habits, convert to subscriptions, and return after lapsing — all while influencing partners across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative without direct reports. Safeguard email deliverability, IP reputation, and push opt-in rates through rigorous QA and compliant operations. Report on lifecycle KPIs — open rates, CTR, DAU/MAU, retention curves, and LTV — translating findings into growth strategy for leadership. Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting by campaign category, including reforecast cycles and clear attribution methodology. Maintain documentation, QA standards, launch checklists, and naming conventions so the function runs predictably. Qualifications Proven success building, scaling, and optimizing lifecycle and retention programs for a B2C app or subscription business. Strong record of operating independently and influencing cross-functional teams, including close work with a technical counterpart. Exceptional analytical ability to interpret complex datasets, map user journeys, and surface insights that move metrics. Hands-on depth in Iterable or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform, covering workflow architecture,…
