Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Missouri preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 7-12+ years of legal experience (mix of law firm and in-house experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
