Moxie is seeking a Senior Lead of Marketing Services Operations to build and own the operational foundation that powers Marketing Services as we scale from ~700 medspas to 1,000+ — without linearly scaling our team.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in marketing or revenue operations
- At least 4 years managing multi-functional teams
- Hands-on fluency with the modern ops stack
- Real experience building AI-assisted workflows
- A cross-functional operator who makes decisions
- A developer of people
