This is a full-time position based in Dubai. Role Overview This senior-level cost engineering role sits at the heart of complex project delivery within the energy and natural resources sector. You'll provide strategic cost planning, estimation, and control across capital-intensive infrastructure and development programmes, ensuring projects remain aligned with financial objectives whilst navigating the dynamic Dubai and Middle East marketplace.
