Role Overview

As a Senior Key Account Manager Italy, you will drive the growth of Statista‘s licensing business in Italy and across Europe, ensuring award-winning companies leverage Statista‘s rankings and seals to amplify their brand credibility and market positioning.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end sales cycle for logo and study licenses in Italy and across Europe, drive national and international licensing projects, identify and develop new business opportunities, and build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals across multiple markets and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, navigating multi-stakeholder processes
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently structure, price, and close deals while protecting brand and licensing standards
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a genuine drive to build and scale new business in growing markets
  • Experience working cross-functionally in international environments
  • Analytical and data-oriented, able to manage pipeline health, forecasting, and management with discipline
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (additional European languages are a plus)
