Senior Internal Auditor

Role Overview

As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in strengthening Generali’s control environment across the U.S. through a systematic and risk-based audit program. You will lead end-to-end audit engagements, collaborate closely with business leaders, and provide insights that drive meaningful improvements in efficiency, risk mitigation, and governance.

What You Will Do

Lead and perform audits in line with IIA Standards and Generali Group Audit Methodology. Participate in the annual risk assessment process and support the development of the risk-based audit plan. Execute all phases of audits in a timely manner and deliver products within department and professional standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Master’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance or Law
• Initial/Solid experience of internal or external auditing ideally in the Insurance sector and/or with Certified Internal Auditor or Accountancy qualification
