Oleria provides adaptive and autonomous identity security solutions. We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead technical implementations for enterprise customers, partner with R&D and product engineering, and provide product feedback grounded in deployment reality.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS—ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure software
- Deep hands-on experience with identity platforms: Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS IAM, Google Workspace, SailPoint, Saviynt, or similar
- Experience building repeatable implementation frameworks—playbooks, templates, automation—not just doing one-off heroic deployments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present architecture decisions to CISOs, run technical workshops with identity teams, and write documentation that engineers trust
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and figure out complex customer environments
