In this full-time role, you'll lead account strategy for our most significant Global Systems Integrators, defining how enterprises modernize their data management and recovery practices through our cutting-edge platform. About the Role This is a senior-level business development position focused on cultivating, expanding, and monetizing strategic partnerships with leading Global Systems Integrators. You'll serve as the primary strategic lead between Rubrik and partner organizations, ensuring mutual success through aligned go-to-market initiatives, joint customer delivery, and sustained revenue growth. Your decisions and relationships will directly influence Rubrik's expansion within the North American systems integration market. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end relationships with assigned Global Systems Integrators, acting as their trusted strategic advisor Develop and execute co-go-to-market plans that drive joint customer acquisition and solution adoption Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear visibility into forecast and deal progression Lead contract negotiations, partner agreements, and commercial terms to ensure profitability for both organizations Coordinate cross-functional internal resources—engineering, delivery, marketing, and support—to guarantee successful partner engagements Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partner accounts to maximize lifetime value Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform Rubrik's product and partnership strategy Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and partner growth objectives What We're Looking For 8+ years in enterprise software sales, systems integration partnerships, or strategic account management Proven track record closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations Deep knowledge of the GSI landscape (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant, etc.) and their go-to-market models Experience in data management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related enterprise solutions Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with C-level and operational leadership Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities About Rubrik Rubrik leads the industry in modern data management and recovery, trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide to protect, recover, and leverage their data.
