Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Deep, hands-on expertise with the modern B2B marketing tech stack
- A proven track record of building and scaling successful full-funnel marketing programs
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign production, and funnel optimization
