Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and communicate comprehensive strategic plans that guide resource allocation and organizational priorities for the Encaleret program Build financial models, including discounted cash flow analyses, alongside market research on competitive therapeutics and patient epidemiology to inform program strategy Design and present executive-level materials for board presentations, investor meetings, and internal strategy sessions, synthesizing complex technical and commercial data into clear, actionable insights Work closely with R&D, regulatory affairs, finance, commercial, and operations teams to ensure integrated strategy development and execution Own budget planning and long-term product lifecycle management to support both near-term launch readiness and sustained commercial performance Research pricing strategies and reimbursement landscapes in collaboration with the commercial team to optimize market access Lead cross-functional initiatives related to product lifecycle planning, market expansion, and operational efficiency What We're Looking For Master's degree or equivalent (MBA, MD, or Ph.D.) preferred 2–5 years of professional experience in management consulting (with life sciences background preferred), venture capital, investment banking, equity research, post-Series A funding, or operational roles within therapeutics organizations Strong foundation in financial modeling, particularly discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle from discovery through commercial execution, including the biotech operating model and competitive landscape Prior involvement in new product commercialization programs (a significant plus) Demonstrated scientific reasoning ability combined with exceptional communication and presentation skills Commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing rare disease therapeutics Ability to synthesize technical and commercial information for diverse audiences—from scientific experts to investment professionals About the Company Since…
