Vanta is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Revenue Officer. The role involves providing administrative and operational support, managing complex calendars, and coordinating travel and logistics. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner, excellent communication and organization skills, and a strong business judgment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner supporting c-level executives at a technology company
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly as plans change
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong business judgment and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across functions and time zones with a high degree of professionalism
• High emotional intelligence and an instinct for building trust and rapport across teams
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
• Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
