What You'll Do Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Prepare and file probate documents with courts, managing timelines and regulatory compliance Maintain organized case files and track critical deadlines across multiple concurrent matters Gather detailed financial and family information from clients through thorough, professional interviews Serve as the primary contact for clients, answering questions and providing updates throughout the process Coordinate with probate courts, financial institutions, and beneficiaries to resolve estate matters Support senior attorneys with research, document preparation, and case administration What We're Looking For Proven paralegal experience in estate planning and probate law Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently Professional communication skills for client and court interactions Familiarity with North Carolina estate and probate procedures is a plus About Carolina Estate Planning Carolina Estate Planning helps families and individuals throughout Forsyth County and beyond create and execute comprehensive estate plans.
