Bestow is a leading vertical technology platform serving life insurers. We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team. This role will report to our Director of Engineering and is open to Remote (US).
Requirements
- 8+ years experience developing software, with at least 3 years of engineering management experience, including managing teams of 8+ engineers.
- Proficient across the full stack — frontend (React, Remix/Next.js), backend services (Node, GoLang, and/or Python), APIs, and relational databases.
- Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, including feature inception, continuous delivery, and release strategies.
