About the Role As Senior Employee & Labor Relations Specialist at UIOWA, you'll be the go-to resource for navigating complex workplace challenges, fostering positive employee experiences, and ensuring the organization maintains strong labor practices. You'll partner closely with leadership across University of Iowa Health Care to resolve disputes, interpret policies, and build a supportive workplace culture while keeping the organization compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
