Your Responsibilities Author and execute multi-year technology strategy, aligning engineering efforts with company growth and business priorities Lead multiple engineering teams across business domains, setting organizational standards for delivery quality and technical excellence Collaborate with C-suite and VP-level leadership to convert business strategy into technology investments and resourcing plans Architect and govern platform strategy across product lines, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and long-term consistency Oversee organizational design, succession planning, and hiring of senior engineering leadership Define and evolve engineering operating models, including development lifecycle standards and performance measurement frameworks Manage portfolio-level prioritization of major technical work, balancing innovation, technical debt, operational risk, and time to market Spearhead large-scale technology transformations, including platform modernization, cloud migration, and internalization of third-party systems Establish and enforce security, compliance, reliability, and resiliency practices across the organization Own vendor and partner relationship management, including contract oversight and performance accountability Champion a metrics-driven engineering culture with clear organizational KPIs and consistent tracking of business impact Advise executive leadership on technology risk, competitive opportunities, and industry trends Participate in cross-functional executive forums to influence decisions on product, operations, and customer outcomes What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field, plus 6+ years as a Software Engineer, Developer, or related role in a cross-functional setting 5+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and product teams…
