Role Overview The Senior Director, Product (Enterprise Solutions) position at Spgi in 2 Locations centers on guiding the full product lifecycle for solutions aimed at large-scale organizational customers. You will set strategic direction, prioritize initiatives that address sophisticated client requirements, and ensure alignment across discovery, development, and delivery stages so that outcomes deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Establish and refine multi-year product vision and roadmaps specifically for enterprise solutions offerings Direct cross-functional product teams through research, prioritization, design review, and release cycles Partner with engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing groups to synchronize goals and remove blockers Evaluate competitive landscapes and enterprise buyer feedback to adjust feature priorities and positioning Lead go-to-market planning, pricing considerations, and launch readiness for new or enhanced capabilities Own key stakeholder communications and represent the product function in executive forums Mentor product managers and build a high-performing culture within the enterprise solutions domain What You Bring Substantial background leading product organizations at the director level with a focus on enterprise solutions Demonstrated success defining strategy and shipping complex products used by large organizations Skill in balancing customer insight, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives Strong people leadership experience including hiring, coaching, and performance management of product talent Excellent stakeholder influence and clear communication abilities across technical and non-technical audiences Solid grasp of enterprise buying cycles, security requirements, and integration challenges About the Company Spgi is hiring for this role and offers a supportive team environment.
