Based anywhere in the US, you'll shape how Transcarent prices, packages, and protects the value of its health and care solutions. About the Role Reporting to the SVP, Finance, the Senior Director, Pricing owns Transcarent's enterprise pricing approach and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Product Solutions, and Sales Operations. In this remote US role, you will design and continually refine pricing frameworks that hold growth, margin, market competitiveness, and customer value in balance — bringing discipline, transparency, and scale to every pricing decision so deals close consistently and margins expand over time. Key Responsibilities Stand up and run a central deal desk that drives consistent, well-governed pricing decisions across the business. Build and evolve pricing frameworks spanning ASO, value-based care, and SaaS-style models, with clear approval flows, guardrails, documentation, and audit readiness. Advise field teams on complex and non-standard deals, crafting flexible-yet-disciplined structures that safeguard unit economics and speed up close rates. Create margin-focused playbooks, concession matrices, and decision tools for quota-carrying sellers. Partner with Strategic Finance to develop pricing models — PMPM, bundled, usage-based, value-based, and outcome-linked — and define the KPIs and dashboards that track performance. Lead "what-if" scenario analysis for new offerings, renewals, and market expansion, collaborating with Product, Clinical/Actuarial, Legal, FP&A, and RevOps. Mentor and grow a high-performing pricing team while upgrading the supporting tools and tech stack toward automated, self-serve analytics. Qualifications 12+ years across pricing strategy, strategic finance, revenue strategy, or deal desk leadership, ideally within high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B enterprise settings. Track record of building pricing governance, frameworks, and operational rigor at scale. Strong financial modeling skills and fluency with pricing analytics tools, CRM/CPQ platforms, and advanced Excel. Proven ability to influence executive decisions through clear, data-driven storytelling across Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal.
