Role overview (listing rewrite)

Axonius is hiring a remote Senior Director, Partner Services & Technical Enablement to architect and scale how our specialized partner ecosystem delivers post-sales value. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technical depth, and execution. About the Role Reporting to the SVP of Customer Success, you will define how services are delivered through a curated network of specialized partners — protecting customer retention, fueling platform expansion, and proving measurable value after the sale. You will also own go-to-market technical enablement, connecting product, field execution, and partner delivery so customers reach outcomes faster. Expect to operate, build, and execute personally while setting the bar for partner delivery and technical academy programs. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. Key Responsibilities Shape and run a partner-led services strategy, guiding partners from standard implementation and integration work toward advanced advisory offerings. Recruit and grow an ecosystem of boutique, execution-focused cybersecurity and ITSM firms to handle deployments and complex integrations. Stand up a virtual bench program that taps the partner ecosystem to accelerate services delivery. Build the Customer & Partner Academy — on-demand and instructor-led — with learning paths and certifications mapped to real customer journey stages, not just product features. Manage the team that maintains Sales Engineer demo and proof-of-value labs. Create reusable delivery assets: SOW templates, scoping questionnaires, playbooks, and service packages that let partners deploy independently. Develop and refine technical training labs and content, embedding directly in early partner co-delivery and high-stakes customer scenarios. Drive outcomes that matter: shorter time-to-value, higher partner-delivered CSAT, and stronger adoption and renewal for partner-attached accounts. Qualifications 15+ years in IT, with recent exposure to SaaS, Cloud, and/or Cybersecurity. 4+ years leading teams of technical engineers and architects. 2+ years building or scaling partner-led services or post-sales delivery models. Deep technical fluency, plus a knack for turning ambiguity into structured, repeatable programs. A history of collaborating across Product, Field Engineering, and Customer Success, alongside customers and partners. Comfort moving between executive strategy and hands-on delivery. Preferred: experience building technical academies, training labs, and…
