Role Overview
The Senior Director of New Business Sales will manage and expand Infosys BPM’s footprint across new client accounts in the Communications and Telecom domain. This role involves utilizing existing contacts to open new logos and cross-selling BPM services to Infosys Limited clients and new clients for Infosys group.
What You Will Do
The Senior Director will be responsible for building a project portfolio, managing the opportunity management cycle, and running and managing large TCV pursuits. They will also work with internal teams to build the right solutions for clients and create a sales strategy with a list of must-have accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Significant new business development and large deal experience in the Communications, Media Telecom sector
- Ability to utilize extensive contact list to bring in new logo business
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contact
- Understanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles, and client’s bid process
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for support
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to free network at events, seeking and engaging audiences at our booth and at adjacent receptions
- Track record as a Hunter with the ability to bring new contacts and new logos with extensive connections within the domain
- Wide variety of BPO, Technology, Management Consulting, and Business Consulting engagement experience
- Should have experience in running large deals TCV >25Mn
- Knowledge of Communications & Telecom domain with deep domain expertise in any of the following sb verticals
- Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers in Tech & BPO outsourcing space
- Global Delivery Model experience
