This position shapes and executes HR strategies that advance organizational goals across the short and long term, while strengthening the overall effectiveness of HR operations at the New London Hospital site. What You'll Do Lead and oversee all HR functions at NLH, including talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR compliance Develop and drive site-level HR strategies in alignment with Dartmouth Health system-wide priorities and NLH operational objectives Collaborate closely with Dartmouth Health's Centers of Expertise to deploy enterprise HR programs that meet local workforce needs Advise the NLH CEO and senior leadership team on organizational design, culture, and people strategy Champion employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives that support a high-performing, mission-driven workforce Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state employment law, accreditation standards, and health system HR policies Use HR data and analytics to inform leadership decisions and measure the impact of people programs Lead change management efforts in support of organizational transformation and growth What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field; master's degree preferred At least ten years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level or director-level responsibility Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite and executive teams to align people strategy with business outcomes Experience in a healthcare, hospital, or complex multi-site environment strongly preferred Deep knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and workforce best practices SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent senior HR certification is a plus Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and change leadership skills About Dartmouth Health Dartmouth Health is New Hampshire's only academic health system and a leading provider of comprehensive care across…
