The Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy Execution & Integration serves as the Chief of Staff’s primary partner for enterprise strategy stewardship, execution oversight, and cross-organizational integration.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in enterprise strategy, execution oversight, governance, or complex organizational leadership
- Demonstrated success operating in highly matrixed, federated environments without direct authority
- Strong experience supporting Boards and senior volunteer leadership
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Experience integrating cross-cutting initiatives, including innovation or new program development
- Exceptional judgment, credibility, and ability to navigate organizational complexity
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and disciplined execution
