Translate corporate strategy into actionable financial models, headcount forecasts, and measurable enterprise objectives in collaboration with Finance and People teams. Own accountability for cross-functional strategic initiatives from conception through delivery, ensuring resource alignment and removing obstacles that impede progress. Construct dashboards and executive-level analytics that provide visibility into business health and initiative progress. Analyze data patterns across product, revenue, and operations to surface misalignments and provide executives with intelligence for rapid decision-making. Build and develop a high-capacity operations team of program managers and business analysts, deploying them flexibly to solve the organization's highest-friction challenges. Establish automation and AI-powered workflows throughout the operations function, freeing human capacity for higher-value strategic work as the company scales. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12 years in business operations, corporate strategy, program management, or Chief of Staff roles at high-velocity technology or SaaS companies. Demonstrated expertise designing and running planning processes at organizations navigating significant growth and organizational change. Ability to build efficient operating models that maintain momentum without bureaucratic overhead; expertise in pragmatic rather than rigid approaches. Strong executive presence with capability to distill complex data into clear strategic narratives and debate constructively with senior leaders. Comfortable navigating and thriving within high-candor, high-standards cultures that value directness, intellectual rigor, and difficult tradeoff decisions.
